Pearls Farm Labor Inc. collects the information you submit through crew request, job interest, and email signup forms so the company can respond to inquiries and provide requested updates.

Information collected

Forms may collect your name, company, email, phone number, property location, acreage, work details, schedule, experience, and other information you provide.

When a form is submitted, Pearls may also save the pages viewed during that visit, the landing and form pages, basic device category, referral page, and campaign tags. This site does not use that form tracking to collect precise location, browsing activity on other websites, or fingerprint a device.

Website analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to measure page visits, approximate device and location information, referring pages, and site interactions. Pearls uses this information in aggregate to improve the website and understand which services attract inquiries.

How information is used

Submitted information is used for business follow-up, project qualification, crew planning, recruiting, source measurement, and internal recordkeeping. Pearls does not sell submitted information.

Email updates

Service inquiries and job applications are not automatically added to a marketing list. Email updates require a separate signup and consent. Subscribers can request removal at any time by contacting Pearls.
