01 · Meet Don Leo
Leadership that knows the work from the rows up.
Leo Flores Martinez came to the United States in 2001 at age 15 from Hidalgo, Mexico. His first work was in vineyards.
He learned the trade in the field, advanced from vineyard worker to crew leader and foreman, and in 2014 founded Leo Flores Farm Labor—the operation that became Pearls Farm Labor Inc. He now leads the company with the perspective of someone who has been responsible for the work at every level.

Instruction in Spanish
