Pearls Farm Labor Inc.’s goal is to be distinguished as a unique farm labor contracting company that provides an excellent farming management team that improves the quality of our customers’ grape wine.
Meet Pearls Farm Labor
Pearls Farm was founded in 2014 by Leo Flores under the name Leo Flores Farm Labor. It began as a sole proprietorship with only 160 employees. In 2016, as the company continued to grow, founder and CEO, Leo Flores, decided to change his company’s name to Pearls Farm Labor Inc. Today, Pearls Farm Labor proudly develops and maintains many vineyards in Napa Valley, Solano County, Sonoma County, Placer County, Stanislaus County and El Dorado County.
